Brendan Todd

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S)

Brendan began lifting when he was 13 years old to help with his performance in football and wrestling. He quickly fell in love with weight training and pursued excellence in strength sports.

Brendan has won international titles in Powerlifting and competed in a few Strongman competitions. Right now, his best personal lifts to date are a 761 lb Squat, 525 lb Bench, and a 771 lb Deadlift.

Brendan’s goal is to continue to pursue freaky strength as he helps others do the same on their journey.

Brendan specializes in helping lifters compete in Powerlifting along with General Strength and Fitness Performance.

Paige willis

NASM CPT

Paige used to struggle with various eating issues and after being introduced to resistance training, she never looked back. Paige wants to instill confidence into my clients while teaching them how to properly move and fuel their bodies.

Dwardly Edouard

B.S. KINESIOLOGY

Dwardly played multiple sports in Middle School & High School such as Basketball, Football and Track. Dwardly has 5 years of Powerlifting under his belt.

As a coach, Dwardly wants his clients to chase the best version of themselves!

Nicole bangert

NPTI, NASM

Nicole is a 3X RPS World Record Holder, the 2019 OCB Women’s Physique Pro & a competitive Softball athlete. She grew up playing softball and basketball. After high school, she started taking her training more seriously. She loves the process of bettering herself physically and mentally, this led her to attend NPTI in 2017. She has been working with clients of all different ages and fitness levels. Nicole helps them achieve their goals and helps them create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through fitness.

Nicole specializes in Youth Athletic Performance, Strength Training/Powerlifting and General Health & Fitness.

David Bragitikos

NPTI, ISSA, NASM, CPR & AED

David started training at a young age through martial arts and eventually manifested into CrossFit and triathlon training. He started his bodybuilding journey but didn’t follow through with any competitions because he personally didn’t align with the culture and transitioned to powerlifting. David has done 3 Powerlifting meets and wants to continue with that and martial arts training.

David’s spark for coaching occurred when he became passionate with Strength Training and helping his friends achieve results within their own training.

David specializes in Strength and Hypertrophy Training.

Aaron Chapple

ASFA PT

Sports and fitness helped shape Aaron’s life which is why he got into teaching fitness and sports. After teaching PE and coaching/officiating collegiate, high school, and youth sports for 15 years, Aaron decided to pursue a career in strictly coaching.

Aaron currently has 20 years of training and fitness experience including: NCAA Swimming and Water Polo, Crossfit, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting.

Sidney Turner

Sidney comes from an athletic background spending years playing Football, Baseball and Track and was forced to medically retire due to an injury. Managing to maintain that passion and desire to push himself physically and mentally, he decided to turn the gym into an outlet.

Sidney is excited to help anyone take their first steps on their fitness journey.

Sidney specializes in Muscle Growth and Strength Training.

Sean Sullivan

currently pursuing NASM; b.s. Exercise Science from Neumann university

Sean started Powerlifting 6 years ago as well as ran Track and Field during High school. Sean’s friends needed coaching when he was making good results in the gym and it lead to him to start programming for them. He loves seeing people he cares about make progress and hit their fitness goals

Sean specializes in Powerlifting.

Carolyn craighead

Certified strength and conditioning specialist

Carolyn has been training for over four years. She is a former dancer and when Covid happened, that’s when she found her love for weight training in the gym. It motivated her to set goals, how to properly take care of her health and have fun while doing so.

Carolyn wants to help inspire and teach others how to feel strong and confident in themselves.

Carolyn specializes in Strength and Physique training and lifestyle fitness.

dylan boyer

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

Dylan started lifting in middle school, he has always been interested in helping others improve. Dylan would write workout and diet plans for his friends and teammates as early as 8th grade, and continued to do so throughout high school. Dylan began coaching Powerlifting a couple years ago to gain experience and solidify his coaching abilities, while helping others succeed in a sport that has so much to offer.

Dylan wants to help inspire and teach others how to feel strong and confident in themselves.
